A short book for anyone who has spent years taking care of everybody else and cannot seem to do it for themselves.
Send Me The BlueprintOr read the whole thing first. The form is further down either way.
Can I say the quiet part out loud?
You already know what to do. That is what makes this so frustrating.
You are not uninformed. You have read the articles. You have done the programs, some of them expensive. You could probably teach a class on what you are supposed to eat.
And yet you ate standing up at the counter tonight. You finished what was left in the pan because throwing it out felt wasteful. You have every one of their appointments in your phone and not one of your own.
That is not a discipline problem. Look at what you have held together for other people and tell me you have no discipline. You have just been spending all of it on them.
It is not that you are broken.
The world re-engineered food. Then it re-engineered portions. Then it re-engineered your appetite. And it happened so gradually that almost nobody noticed.
You did not fail those diets. You were fighting something that had been redesigned specifically to beat you, using willpower, alone, at the end of a day when you had already given everything you had to everybody else.
I went looking through Scripture for something to hold onto and I found something I was not looking for.
There is a food instruction in the first chapter of the Bible. Genesis 1:29. Plants, named as food, before anything else. It is the first dietary guidance ever given and most of us read straight past it.
Then there is Daniel. Chapter one, verse twelve.
“Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink.” (Daniel 1:12)
Ten days. That is the whole test. A few verses later, Daniel and his friends looked healthier and better nourished than every man eating from the king's table.
And here is the one that surprised me most, because it runs directly against everything being shouted at you right now.
Meat is permitted. Scripture is clear about that. But it is treated as celebration food, not as the centerpiece of every meal. The fattened calf came out when the prodigal son came home. It was a feast. It was not an ordinary Tuesday.
Walk into any store this week and every label is screaming protein at you. That is a marketing position. It is not the pattern in the text.
I am not going to write to you about how you look in a photograph. I do not think that is what is actually keeping you up.
Here is what I think is.
You want to be able. You want to still be here, and still be moving, for the people you have carried this whole time. You want to get down on the floor and get back up. You want to not become the thing they have to manage.
A worn-out believer is an ineffective believer. If the enemy can keep you foggy and ashamed, he can keep you on the sidelines. That is where this stops being about vanity.
You have been pouring yourself out for a long time. You cannot pour from a cup nobody ever refills.
The Temple Blueprint. Eight chapters, 9,617 words. About an hour to read.
Delivered as a PDF, reads on any phone
Chapter one is the principle everything else stands on.
Chapter two is why Christians in particular struggle with this, and it is not the reason you have been told.
Chapter three is what God actually designed you to eat, laid out plainly.
Chapter four is what to avoid, and specifically why it stalls you. I name it directly. I am not going to name it here.
Chapter five is how to eat. Portions, timing, and fasting. This is the chapter people tell me they reread.
Chapter six is movement, for a body that has been carrying things for other people.
Chapter seven is the commitment protocol, which exists because knowing is not the problem for you. Doing it on the day you do not feel like it is the problem.
Chapter eight is where you go from here.
This is not about guilt. God is not standing over you with a clipboard, disappointed in you. If that is the voice you have been hearing, it is not His.
My name is Nolan. I lost 90 pounds.
That is my own result and I am not going to promise you the same one. Anybody who guarantees you a number is selling something.
What matters more is that I failed at it for years first. Long enough to stop believing it was going to happen. I am not writing to you from the other side of an easy win.
1,471 people have bought this book. That is not a huge number. It is a real one.
This is not a meal plan.
There are no recipes. No grocery lists. No photographs of food styled on a marble counter. If that is what you are hoping to buy tonight, this will disappoint you and I would rather tell you now than take your five dollars.
What it is, is the framework underneath all of that. The reasoning. What to eat and what to stop eating and why, in an hour, in plain language.
Some people want the recipes. If that is you, do not buy this.
Five dollars.
I am not going to tell you this is a $500 value. It isn't. It is a short book that took me years of failing to be able to write, and five dollars is a number that gets it into your hands tonight instead of onto a list of things you will get around to.
You have spent considerably more than five dollars on things that did nothing for you. I would know.
Use the form below. It comes to your phone straight away, so you can start reading tonight, in the ten quiet minutes after everyone has finally gone to bed.
Before you tick that box, let me tell you why I bundled these three specifically.
You do not sit down. That is not a criticism, it is just true. So the audiobook exists because you will listen to it in the car, folding laundry, walking the dog, and finish it in a week. That is $7.77 on its own.
The devotional is 30 days. Scripture, one honest page, one small thing to do. It is the only item here that is not really about food. It is thirty consecutive days of you doing one small thing that is only for you. For a lot of people that is the actual hard part, and it is the piece I hear about most. That is $17 on its own.
And the third one is about emotional eating. About the pan. About 9pm. About why the plan holds all day and comes apart at night when the house is finally quiet and you are finally alone with yourself. That is $5.
Bought separately, all four come to $34.77. Ticked here, everything is $27.
Takes about thirty seconds
It comes to your phone straight away. You can start tonight, in the ten quiet minutes after everyone has finally gone to bed.
Not for a number on a scale. For being able, and still here, for the people you have carried this whole time.
